Robert R. Stanicki

Bob Stanicki has been zealously protecting the interests of his clients for over 20 years and concentrates his practice in the litigation of personal injury matters involving automobile negligence, premises liability and other types of personal injury claims including workers compensation and Federal Longshoremen. Mr. Stanicki's practice also includes Divorce, Municipal Court defense, Trust & Estates and real estate closings. 

Mr. Stanicki is counsel to many small and medium sized businesses and represents a number of cemeteries including Rosehill & Rosedale Cemetery Association.  Bob also sits on the Board of the Robert & Marion Schamann Brozowski Foundation that benefits such charities as Puppies Behind Bars Hour Children, The Foodbank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties Deborah Hospital Foundation, The Salvation Army, Center for Hope Hospice & Palliative Care, Associated Humane Societies Animal Rescue, Jersey Shore Animal Center, Friends of Linden Animal Shelter, St. Joseph Social Service Center, Noah’s Ark Animal Rescue, Bushwick High School Alumni Association, The Lustgarten Foundation For Pancreatic Cancer Research, Carrie Deussing-RSD Foundation, Brett Fegel Fund, Franciscan Charities, Inc., Amandla Crossing, Woodlands Wildlife Refuge, Inc., Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. Bob has appeared in every Superior Court and Workers Compensation Court in New Jersey and in the Appellate Division.  He is a respected member of the State Bar Association, Union County Bar Association, American Bar Association and New Jersey Association for Justice.  He has also been admitted pro hac vice in New York to litigate the matter of Owen Hollaway vs. National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia which resulted in a 2.8 million dollar verdict.   

Bob grew up in Linden, New Jersey where he was a star athlete and captain of the Men's Tennis Team. Upon graduation from Linden High School, Bob attended Rutgers College and obtained a BA in Economics.  Bob was captain of the Rutgers Men's Tennis Team and was named Most Valuable Player in 1982.  He was a member of the undefeated team in 1984.   

After graduating from Rutgers, Bob continued to coach and mentor the Rutgers Men's Tennis team.  During that time, He was recognized by the Eastern Coast Athletic Conference (ECAC) for his support of college tennis. In 2007, Bob was named Intercollegiate Men's Tennis Assistant Coach of the Year for the Northeast Region which included teams such as Harvard, Princeton, Columbia, Cornell, Yale, Boston College and George Washington.  Bob has testified before the New Jersey Assembly Higher Education Committee and the New Jersey Senate Education Committee in support for funding for all Olympic Sports on the collegiate level.  Bob was also featured in two USTA videos promoting intercollegiate tennis.
