Jason Pressman
Jason Pressman is an associate with the Law Firm. Mr. Pressman graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 1994. Thereafter, he attended Loyola University of Maryland receiving an MBA in 1998. He graduated from Fordham University School of Law in 2003. He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey and to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Prior to joining Mackevich, Burke & Stanicki, Mr. Pressman was previously associated with Hutt & Shimanowitz in Woodbridge, NJ and also Budd Larner in Short Hills, NJ. Mr. Pressman clerked in Union County for the Honorable John F. Malone, P.J.Cr.
Mr. Pressman practices business and commercial litigation. He has also represented clients in construction disputes, consumer fraud actions, the buying and selling of businesses, landlord-tenant matters, and real estate.
Mr. Pressman is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, an associate with the Richard J. Hughes chapter of the American Inns of Court, and was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2009. He is legal counsel and an executive member of the board of trustees for both the North Jersey Junior Lacrosse League and the Rahway Chamber of Commerce.
